Description:
The purchase of integrated IT equipment in a complete package called "Network traffic balancing solution" - CPV code 30211400-5, used to increase the performance of web applications, increase the degree of security through user authentication and authorization methods andand the high availability of the services offered to internal and external customers of the institution. At the same time, the "Network Traffic Balancing Solution" will be used to support the infrastructure of D.E.P.A.B.D. with a new technical ballasting solution to further ensure the issuance of C.I.and C.E.I. at the level of the entire country for a period of at least two years, as well as access to the database of tracked persons. Later, the current infrastructure will be reconfigured to facilitate the provision of data to the institutions with which DEPABD has or will have signed protocols ofurnization
Economic operators will be able to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation up to 18 days before the deadline for submission of offers so that the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests forconfirmations/additional information on the 8th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers.
