- The object of the contract is the supply of products - "NON-POLLUTING MICROBUS (ELECTRIC) - 1 PIECE" according to the requirements set out in the Specifications.
A. In accordance with Art. 160 - 161 of Law no. 98/2016, the deadline until which any interested economic operator is entitledto request clarifications in relation to the award documentation is a maximum of 18 days before the deadline for submission of offers. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers: 18.
B. In accordance with Art. 160 - 161 of Legshe no. 98/2016, the Contracting Authority will respond to all requests for clarifications/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers. Any request for clarification sent after the date mentioned in point A., will make AC unable to offer aresponse within the term mentioned in point B. and as a result any request for clarification within the mentioned terms will be considered LATE.
