The purpose of the contract is the purchase of non-polluting vehiclesintended for public transport, within the project "Increasing sustainable urban mobility in the Municipality of Baia Mare by modernizing the public transport fleet in the Municipality of Baia Mare", code C10-I1.1-51, as follows:
Lot 1: Supply of electric buses of 12 and 18 m with a low floorrate over the entire area available for standing passengers, slow and fast charging stations.
Lot 2: Supply of 18m articulated trolleybuses with a fully lowered floor over the entire area available for standing passengers of the vehicle.
This contract aims to support asustainable transformations, both at the urban and rural level, by using green and digital solutions, by renewing the fleet of vehicles intended for public transport (the purchase of non-polluting vehicles), in order to ensure an efficient public passenger transport service in Munichipi Baia Mare and improving the conditions for the use of non-monitored modes of transport, in order to reduce the number of journeys by private transport (cars) and to reduce emissions of CO2 equivalent from transport.
