- The general objective of the framework agreement is "online payment services (e-commerce type) in order to carry out electronic commerce activities" in accordance with the provisions of the specifications and the legislation in the field.
Attached to the award documentation, you can find all the necessary documentsre for the elaboration of the offer.
The minimum and maximum quantities estimated during the framework agreement, as well as for each subsequent contract (year I, year II, year III, year IV) are according to Annex 1 to the Specifications.
The estimated maximum value of the larger subsequent contract: 617,760 lei farof VAT.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) from Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional informationre in relation to the award documentation is 18 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (2) from Law 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the Contracting Authority establishes a single deadline in which it will respondwhere to all requests for clarification/additional information, as follows: 11 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
