Description:
Supply of reagents and consumables necessary for blood tests within the Medical Analysis Laboratory of the Bacau County Emergency Hospital, according to the TASKS BOOK, by concluding a Framework Agreement - 48 months with the economic operator whose admissible offer will be ranked 1,2, 3 in the ranking drawn up based on the award criterion mentioned in point II.2.5 of the Procurement Data Sheet. Careful! The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers/candidates is 20 days. The contracting authority will respondis clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information that were addressed within the term provided for in the participation notice, on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers/candidates. The contracting authority is not obliged to respond to the requestfor clarifications / additional information that were not addressed within the term established in the point cited above.
