Description: This award procedure corresponds to activity 3 of the project "Institutional consolidation of the Romanian penitentiary system", sub-activity 3.2 "Implementation of the PMS Web application and training of 237 people".
For the good implementation of the SIPOCA 60 project, it is necessary to purchase software development services for the implementation of the PMS Web application within the Project entitled “Institutional consolidation of the Romanian penitentiary system”.
Requests for clarification of the award documentation will be submitted by potential bidders, at the latest, 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. Thus, in accordance with art. 161 of Law 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond to requests for clarifications, at the latest, on the 11th day before the expiration of the deadline for submission of tenders.
