The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information, once, on the 11th day before the established deadlinefor the submission of offers according to the provisions of art. 160 and art. 161 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement with subsequent amendments and additions. The contracting authority will only respond to clarification requests sent by interested economic operators through SEAP, until the deadline set for the submission of clarification requests.
