- The purchase of "Preventive-corrective maintenance services, current operation and operation at events of the systems within the Arena NaΘionalΔ stadium" is requested, in accordance with the requirements and technical specifications of the Specifications.
Preventive-corrective maintenance servicesΔ, current exploitation and event operation of the systems within the National Arena stadium will be provided for a period of 8 months in the year 2023, respectively until 31.12.2023 (01.05.2023-31.12.2023), with the possibility of extending the contract with a period of 4 months in the year 2024 (01.01.2024 30.04.2024), provided that there will be financial resources allocated for this purpose, in accordance with the provisions of art. 165, para. (1) from HG no. 395/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions.
The deadline until which any interested economic operator has the right torequest clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation is a maximum of 20 days before the deadline for submission of offers. The deadline in which the Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/supplementary informationmaintenance is on the 12th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
