Description: Open tender procedure for the purchase of Processed / Canned Foods, divided into 9lots whose total value is 168,289.80 RON without VAT. Framework agreements will be concluded with a maximum of 3 economic operators for each batch of products (operators qualified on the first three places).
Each participant in the procedure has the opportunity to submit bids for 1 (one) lot, several or for all lots.
Estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that may be requested for the entire duration of the framework agreement and of those that may be the subject of a single subsequent contract to be awarded during the framework agreement are set out in the annexes to the specifications. .
