- The Contracting Authority is seeking to appoint a general contractor to assume full responsibility for the execution of the works described herein. The selected contractor shall manage and perform all technical, logistical, administrative and regulatory aspects of the assignment Description of Works The works comprise the preparation, transport and submersion of tree trunks in the Black Sea at a minimum water depth of 1,000 m.
