- Purchase of "Profiles" according to the technical specifications.
Minimum AC value (Lot 1 Lot 2 Lot 3) = 1,096,853.34 lei without VAT; the maximum value of the framework agreement = 5,707,849.40 lei, without VAT.
The minimum value of AC Lot 1 = 567,815.34 lei; the maximum value of AC Lot 1 = 2,540,549.40 lei, without VAT.
The value ofnima AC Lot 2 = 280,322.00 lei; the maximum value of AC Lot 2 = 2,140,180.00 lei, without VAT.
The minimum value of AC Lot 3 = 248,716.00 lei; the maximum value of AC Lot 3 = 1,027,120.00 lei, without VAT.
The framework agreement will be concluded at the maximum value estimated for each individual lot.
The value of the largest contract undersequence for each individual lot will not exceed:
Lot 1 - 423,424.90 lei without VAT
Lot 2 - 356,696.67 lei without VAT
Lot 3 - 171,186.67 lei without VAT
A Framework Agreement will be concluded with an economic operator , for each individual lot.
According to the motivations expressed in the documents prepared by the special serviceciality, the purchase is necessary for the operation of the car park related to the electrical distribution network.
Note: The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers/candidates: 18 days (before the deadline for submission of ofertelor)
The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 10th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers cf. GEO 107/2017
