- Project management services, technical assistance, consultancy and personnel training, necessary for the preparation and implementation of the Unit 1 Refurbishment Project from CNE Cernavodă CR 36941
The purpose of the procurement is Project management services, technical assistance, consultancyand staff training, necessary for the preparation and implementation of the Unit 1 Refurbishment Project at CNE Cernavodă, based on a framework agreement for a period of 84 months.
The following elements may be the subject of negotiations:
- The requirements from the Descriptive Documentation provided athead. 5.1, subsection g) and h); 6.1 subsection (2); 6.4, ch. 7, ch. 18, ch. 20.1;
- The requirements from the Technical Specification (Annex A to the Descriptive Documentation) provided for in ch. 5;
- The contractual clauses associated with the above elements, as the case may be;
- Preliminary financial proposal.
Negotiateand will take place in compliance with the provisions of art. 81 para. (3) from HG no. 394/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions, according to which "The purpose of the negotiations is to improve the offers initially submitted by the participants in the negotiations and to adapt them to the concrete conditions in whichto roll out the sectoral procurement contract/framework agreement to be awarded.
Negotiations may concern any elements of a financial, technical or contractual nature, provided that the provisions of art. 98 para. (2) of the Law, in the sense of reducing to a lower level the requirements m... - Documents :
