- The object of the contract consists in the supply of the following products:
The object consists in the purchase of the individual protective and work equipment granted to the staff in accordance with the provisions of the applicable Collective Labor Agreement.
β’Lot 1 Protective clothing from dock/tercot/fas coincluding overalls, overalls, shorts, robes, t-shirts, caps, gloves, etc.
β’Lot 2 Protective clothing made of natural fur (furred waterproof shorts, furred hats)
β’Lot 3 Protective footwear (shoes, boots, boots, etc. .)
β’Lot 4 Miscellaneous labor protection equipment (various accessories necessary for the protection of personnel due to the specifics of the workplace).
β’Lot 5 Special work protective clothing (equipment for the piloting service within CN APM SA Constanta)
The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clearification/additional information at least 10 days before the deadline established for the submission of offers.
Bidders can request clarification no later than 15 days before the deadline for submitting bids/candidates.
In the clarifications sent after this date, the entity contractantΔ nu va rΔspunde.
