I - CPV -98341140 property caretaker services (Cabins, forestry cantons, courtyards, parking lots, green spaces, other spaces)-consisting of:
1- small maintenance repairs of the constituent parts of the properties under administration and management (coverings and roof structures, floors, plasters, zungravel, doors and windows, furniture, water installations, channel, fences, gates;
2)- split firewood, transport firewood to power plants, stoves;
3)-clean chimneys and ash from power plants and stoves;
4)-lawn maintenance, ornamental plants, hedges, trees, watering, weeding, digging, etc.;
5)- sweeping yards, other spaces;
6)- removing snow from terraces, yards, parking lots, other spaces
II) - CPV -98341140-housekeeping services-consisting of:
1-washing, drying, ironing bed linen, dressed beds, towels, table cloths, napkins, small refurbishing of bed linen, table cloths, towels, alte;
2-maintenance of accommodation rooms, hallways, kitchens, bathrooms, offices, other spaces: sweeping, washing, dusting, cleaning furniture, carpets, floors, walls, windows, doors, maintaining flowers, ornamental plants, weeding flower borders ;
