Description:
The capital repair of the equipment specific to the C130 B/H aircraft is a necessary condition for their operation according to the technical manuals and operating instructions, under full aeronautical safety conditions. Also, this is a necessary condition for Base 90 TransportAir to be able to ensure orderly flight missions, for the transport of materials or troops within the national or international territory, in the Theaters of Operations, as well as for participation in international military exercises.
Repair of high complexity (capital repair)represents the totality of the replacement/repair operations of defective/worn assemblies, subassemblies, equipment and aggregates with the adjustments necessary to restore the initial functional parameters, which assume the regeneration of the technical resource in operating hours, operating cyclesion, calendar time, granted between two repairs of high complexity, which presuppose immobilization of the equipment for a relatively long period of time.
Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers - 16 days.
The contracting authority willrespond to all requests for clarifications/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
