Services Description: Provision of spare parts and maintenance services, technical assistance and intervention in case of failure of IT equipment (photocopiers, multifunction, printers and scanners) equipped with AM POR equipment and support structures.
The public procurement procedure will be completed by concluding a framework agreement for the provision of services, which will run for a period of 36 months, with the following estimated characteristics:
The maximum quantities of the framework agreement are:
- 36 interventions based on a monthly subscription;
- 12 technical revisions.
The minimum quantities of the framework agreement are:
- 24 interventions based on a monthly subscription;
- 8 technical revisions.
