Description:
The plane will be delivered within 7 months from the conclusion of the contract. The contract will be concluded based on the approved commitment credit. In the situation where the Purchaser is approved for the budget credit, the payment will be made on the basis of the invoice and the report of receipt of the product delivered without any problemssections, within a maximum of 30 days from the receipt of the electronic invoice from the ANAF platform. In the event that the budget credit is not approved, the contract may be unilaterally terminated by the Purchaser with a notice period of 15 days, without owed damages, compensation or penality of any nature to the Supplier or its subcontractors.
Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers: 18 days
The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional informationit's the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers
