- Provision of catering services within the "School after School" (SDS) program to the pre-university education units at the level of Sector 3 of the Municipality of Bucharest, which run the SDS program
The estimated duration of the framework agreement is 4 years, to ensure the running of the SDS program in:
- school year 2023-2024 (September 2023-June 2024)
- school year 2024-2025 (September 2024-June 2025)
- school year 2025-2026 (September 2025-June 2026)
- school year 2026-2027 (September 2026-June 2027)
Terms for submission/response to requests for clarifications/additional informationtare:
In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 paragraph (1) of Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline until which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 18days before the deadline for submission of offers.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (2) from Law no. 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions, the contracting authority will submit the consolidated response formulated to requests for clarifications/additional information in 11-day before the deadline set for the submission of offers, as long as they are sent within the specified deadline.
