- The object of the framework agreement consists in the acquisition of doorman services at the R.A.R. offices. - R.A, purchase made from own funds.
- Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation (art. 160 paragraph (1) of Law 98/2016 and art 103 paragraph (1) of GD 395 with subsequent amendments and additions), with compliance with a deadline of 18 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
- The contracting authority will respond consolidated , clearly and completely to all requests from claclarifications/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers (art. 160 para. (2) and 161 para. (1) of Law 98/2016 and art. 27 para. (2) -(4) and Article 103 paragraph (2) of GD 395/2016).
- The contracting authority will not respond to a request for clarificationications/additional information, received within 17 days prior to the deadline set for the submission of offers, the request being considered to have been submitted late.
