- Considering the current framework of the Covid-19 pandemic, the municipality of Reșita is taking important community measures to fight against the spread of the SARS-COV-2 virus. The Municipality of Reșita considers the purchase of medical equipment/devices and protective materials to be of crucial importancei.e. health, to protect the health of students, teaching staff, auxiliary teaching staff and non-teaching staff, as well as increasing the management capacity of the health crisis generated by the Covid-19 pandemic, by equipping the educational units in the municipality of Reșita, for carrying outit in conditions of the safety of the didactic process. These sanitary protection medical equipment/devices will be used directly to prevent and reduce the risk of spreading SARS-COV-2 infection.
Terms for submission/response to requests for clarifications/informadditional ii:
A. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 paragraph (l) of Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline until which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the documentation to be assignedire is 16 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
