Description: According to the elaborated specifications, the acquisition of catering services is considered by carrying out the present procedure (preparation and delivery of food for the patients of the “Tudor Vladimirescu” Pneumoftiziology Hospital, Runcu commune, Gorj county).
Specifically, the provider will have the obligation to provide food to hospitalized patients continuously, daily, according to the schedule established by the contracting authority / purchaser, in accordance with caloric, quantitative, qualitative and dietary requirements required in accordance with GD no. 429/2008 amended by Decision no. 851/2018 and the sanitary, sanitary-veterinary norms, applicable at the date of providing the service.
The provider is therefore obliged to ensure the preparation and transport of food to hospitalized patients in the health unit to the delivery spaces of the Pneumoftiziology Hospital "Tudor Vladimirescu".
