The contracting authority wishes to conclude a Framework Agreement with a duration of 24 months, for each individual lot, from the 16 lots that are the subject of the procurement procedure, having as object sanitary materials specific to the Orthopedics Section.
Acorthe framework contract will be concluded with a single economic operator, for a period of 24 months. The subsequent contracts related to the framework agreement / agreements will be drawn up with a quarterly frequency depending on the allocated funds and the needs of the payer-beneficiary, according to Annex 1 to Booklet de sarcini.
