- Framework Agreement for the Supply of Various Foodstuffs 2023 - 2024. The award of the framework agreement will be made with a maximum of 3 economic operators according to the provisions of Law 98/2016, art. 118, para. (1), lit. a) "without resuming the competition, in accordance with the terms and conditions provided in its content, in the eventthe framework agreement establishes all the terms and conditions that regulate the execution of works, the provision of services and the supply of products that constitute its object, as well as the objective conditions according to which it is determined which of the economic operators party to the framework agreement will executeof the works, will provide the services or provide the products"; The framework agreement will be concluded with a maximum of 3 economic operators, but without the resumption of the competition, in order of ranking. The main supplier is the one ranked first, and in the event that he cannot maintain his offered price or does not pcannot ensure the requested delivery, the subsequent contract will be awarded to the next ranked. Subsequent contracts can be concluded according to needs, usually quarterly. The terms in which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/infoadditional information requested by the interested economic operators: at least 10 days before the deadline for submission of offers. Clarification requests to the award documentation shall be submitted by potential bidders, at the latest, 15 days before the deadline expires...
