Valcea County Council, in its capacity as administrator the wayof the county councils in Valcea County, has the task of permanently ensuring safe traffic on the roads of county interest.
National Road 7 (DN 7) - Ramnicu Valcea - Sibiu, the most important road artery in Romania that crosses the country from south to west, ensuring the passage of the chainui Carpathian at the lowest elevation, is practically blocked at certain times of the day and intervals of the year, which is why cars choose DJ 703L as an access solution, which has the route along its entire length, parallel to DN7. Therefore, to ensure comfort in traffic, it is necessary to restoreera of the road structure of the county road 703L, considering that it is a variant for the national road 7. In order to achieve the proposed objective, it is necessary to purchase the design services and the execution works.
The investment objective is financed by PNI Anghel Saligny and from fown budget waves, according to the credits approved in the local budget for this purpose.
