Contract for the supply of products with the object:
Purchase of 12-meter electric buses, stationii of slow charging and fast charging stations within the project "MODERNISATION AND EXPANSION OF PUBLIC TRANSPORT AT THE LEVEL OF THE SIBIU METROPOLITAN AREA" consisting of the purchase of:
-Electric buses, length (standard size) 12m, fully equipped - 30 pieces
-Charging stations slow, with conector on cable, at the bus depot - 30 pieces
-Rapid charging stations, with inverted pantograph, in the field - 10 pieces
according to the specifications in the award documentation.
The estimated value of the contract is: 81,372,231.00 lei without VAT.
The buses will be delivered to the Beneficiary's bus depot in the Cityiul Sibiu, str. Munchen no. 1.
The total duration of the contract is a maximum of 16 months from its signing, structured as follows:
- The purchaser will issue the start order within a maximum of 2 months from the date of signing the contract.
- The supplier is obliged to deliver all electric buseswithin a maximum of 12 months from the issuance of
the start order related to the contract, according to the delivery schedule attached to the contract.
- The products will be received within a maximum of 2 months from the date of delivery by the supplier of
