Description: ARF intends to purchase new rolling stock (RE-IR) and maintenance and repair services, which will be used for routes under public service contracts awarded to railway operators, in accordance with the provisions of Reg. no. 1370/2007 / CE, with the subsequent amendments and with the provisions of the Romanian legislation.
The purchase will consist of:
A. products:
1. 20 new inter-regional electric frames (RE-IR) intended for inter-regional (long-distance) passenger transport, according to the minimum requirements specified in the specification (SC) no. 22/390 / 11.18.2019;
2. other endowments and accessories according to the requirements specified in the SC;
B. services:
