Description:
Purchase and installation of field data acquisition equipment on uncovered areas of SZAA Tg. Mureș in order to reduce water losses, consisting of the supply and installation of:
Insertion electromagnetic flowmeter
Electromagnetic flowmeter with flanges
Ultrasonic level meter
Measuring equipmenthas pressure
Datalogger for remote data transmission
Online platform
The contract comes into force from the date of its signing by both parties.
The estimated duration for delivery and installation is a maximum of 4 months, to which is added a minimum of 24 months of guarantee. Products/Servthe works that are the subject of the contract must be completed and received by December 22, 2023 at the latest.
The number of days until which economic operators can request clarifications regarding the award documentation, before the deadline for submitting offers: 18 days.
In confin accordance with the provisions of art. 29, paragraph (3) of GD no. 394/2016, the contracting entity establishes two deadlines in which it will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information as follows:
- with 20 days before the deadline for submission of offersfor clarification requests received at least 27 days before the deadline for submission of offers
- on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers for clarification requests received between 26-18 days before the deadline for submission of offers
