  • PURCHASE OF ANTINEOPLASTIC MEDICINES 2023 according to the attached specifications. The conclusion of a framework supply agreement valid for a period of 12 months.
    The subsequent contracts will be concluded monthly or for any period covered by the available budget, without resuming the competition. The quantities providedin the specification, are indicative and do not constitute a contractual obligation. These quantities were estimated at the level of average consumption from previous years. Subsequent contracts will be awarded monthly, depending on the budget, according to the needs of the contracting authority.
    MINIMUM QUANTITIESE AND MAXIMUM QUANTITIES OF THE FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT CAN BE FOUND IN THE TASKS BOOKLET.
    THE MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM QUANTITIES OF SUBSEQUENT CONTRACTS CAN BE FOUND IN ANNEX NO. 1 TO THE TASKS BOOKLET.
    Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers/candidates: 20 days.
    Rthe quantitative and qualitative exception of the product is made at the final destination, namely the Campina Municipal Hospital - the hospital's pharmacy.
