Any economic operator interested in submitting the offer can address, to the contracting authority, requests for clarifications until the 18th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarifications with cat least 11 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
The minimum/maximum quantities of the AC, respectively the minimum/maximum quantities of the CS are detailed in Annex 1 to the specifications.
The subsequent contracts will be concluded semiannually depending on the credits allocated budgets.
