Description:
The objective of the Centralized Framework Agreement is to ensure, on behalf of and for the Users mentioned in Section B - Annex 2 to the Specifications, the terms and conditions for the Subsequent Public Procurement Contracts, awarded and concluded in the execution and for the duration of the Centralized Framework Agreementat, in order to provide the Bidders, in terms of safety, operability, quality and financial efficiency, of separate light sources and interior lighting fixtures, for Users, according to the requirements mentioned in "Section B - Specifications" and the mentioned quantitiesin Section B - Annex 1 - "List of quantities" to the Specifications, depending on the needs that arise at the level of each User and within the budget allocated for this purpose.
The number of Economic Operators with whom the Centralized Framework Agreement will be concluded:
maximum 3 Economic Operators,as specified in the Notice of participation associated with this procedure, respectively in Section A Instructions to Bidders of the Allocation Documentation.
If at least 3 offers declared admissible will not be received, O.N.A.C. will conclude the Centralized Framework Agreement with the OperatorsEconomists whose offers have been declared admissible and compliant.
Number of days until which bidders can request clarifications before the deadline for submission of offers/candidates: 21 days
