Purchase: Chemical reagents and reference strains for the quality control of microbiological analyses, according to the specifications;
We specify that: Deadline for response to requests for clarifications: on the 10th day before the deadline for submission of offers, conf. art 161 of L98/2016, cu subsequent changes and additions. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers - 20 days The procurement procedure is initiated under a suspensive clause that provides for the possibility of canceling the procedure for awarding the contracttract, in accordance with the legal provisions - the Law on the approval of Government Ordinance no. 27/2017 for the amendment and completion of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 40/2015. The procurement procedure is initiated under this suspensive clause, in the sense that the conclusion/signthe supply contract is conditional on obtaining the necessary funds for the purchase of the equipment that is the subject of the purchase.
