Description:
The contracting authority is organizing an awarding procedure, after the completion of which it intends to award a supply contract, for the purchase of a computer tomograph in the framework of the project "Rehabilitation, modernization and equipment of the specialized outpatient department of the Mun Hospitalicipal Caracal" - SMIS code of the project: 126913. The object of the contract includes supply, installation and commissioning of 1 pc. computer tomograph.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) from Law 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline until which anye economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 18 days before the deadline for submission of offers. In accordance with Art. 160 para.(2) of Law 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the Contracting Authority establishes that it will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests, on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
