Purchase: Devices for extracorporeal renal support - CPV Code 33181000-2 and Medical kits for extracorporeal renal support - CPV Code 33140000-3 for the Project "EXTRAVITAL - Implementation in the current activity of the Anesthesia and Intensive Care Departments (ATI) in Romania of modern methodsof "Extracorporeal Vital Support of cardio-pulmonary, renal and hepatic functions" proven to decrease mortality in critically ill patients, and the Increase of Professional Competences of Specialized Personnel" according to the specifications;
We specify that: Deadline for response to clarification requests: on the 10th day before the deadline for submitting offers, in accordance with art. 161 of L98/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers - 20 days The procurement procedure is initiated undera suspensive clause that provides for the possibility of canceling the contract award procedure, in accordance with the legal provisions - the Law on the approval of Government Ordinance no. 27/2017 for the amendment and completion of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 40/2015. Achi procedureday is initiated under the scope of this suspensive clause, in the sense that the conclusion/signing of the supply contract is conditional on obtaining the necessary funds for the purchase of the equipment that is the subject of the purchase.
