Description:
The contracting authority acquires devices (PADs) for the digital capture of the signature, for the use of the personnel within the administrative-territorial units (UATs) and the territorial structures within the DEPABD involved in the activities related to the application settlement flowcircumscribed to the civil status, managed by SIIEASC, according to the requirements of the specifications.
The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information, only once, on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers foru the clarifications requested 18 days before the deadline for submission of offers, specified in section I.3) Communication from the data sheet.
