    PURCHASE OF DISINFECTING DEVICES AND PRODUCTS FOR CONTROLLING THE SPREAD OF SARS-COV 2, 3 LOTS.
    The total estimated value of the purchase is 1,174,245.00 lei without VAT of which:
    LOT 1 - Sterilization, disinfection and sanitizing devices - 771,740.00 lei without VAT
    LOT 2 - ConsumaMedical balls - Masks - 158,800.00 lei without VAT
    LOT 3 - Disinfectants - 243,705.00 lei without VAT
    In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) from Law 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the procedureof public procurement has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submission of offers. The contracting authority establishes that the deadline in which it will respond to allverifications or additional information, is on the 10th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
