Description:
Acquisition of Argeș County Territorial Development Plan (P.A.T.J.) services, according to the award documentation.
P.A.T.J. Arges represents the spatial expression of the socio-economic development program of the county, including directive provisions that establish stratathe main trends and directions of the territory's evolution at various levels of complexity. The directive proposals are later detailed through specific regulations within the limits of the administrative territories of the municipalities, cities and communes, through the general urban plans ofthem and the related local town planning regulations.
The County Territory Development Plan (P.A.T.J.) will apply to the entire county space, being a mandatory, continuous and forward-looking activity. P.A.T.J. it will include measures for the management of the territory through a set of assetscomplex sites of general interest, which will contribute to balanced spatial development, to the protection of natural and built heritage and to the improvement of living conditions in urban and rural areas of Arges County.
