- This purchase is necessary in the context of signing the Financing Agreement no. 7277/03.12.2021, for the project "Improving the quality of life of the population in small and medium-sized cities in Romania - OneΘti Municipality Project". The project is financed by the Regiona Operational Programl 2014 2020, Priority Axis 13. Supporting the regeneration of small and medium-sized cities, Specific Objective 13.1 Improving the quality of life of the population in small and medium-sized cities in Romania. One of the specific objectives of the project is "Improving urban public spaces, through modernization of the Horizon area, in order to create better living and working conditions, accessibility and mobility of the population". For the execution of works at the Radu Rosetti Onesti Municipal Library, execution contract no. 1305 of 15.12.2022 concluded with SC INTERTRADE GROUP LT was signedD SRL with the total value of 8,429,149.39 lei without VAT. Following the signing of the Financing Agreement no. 7277/03.12.2021, the project "Improving the quality of life of the population in small and medium-sized cities in Romania - OneΘti Municipality Project", for the good implementation of the project,reviewed in the Financing Request, the purchase of equipment that was divided into 3 (three) lots.
