- Purchase of food for the canteens and the University House of the University of Craiova according to the specifications:
Lot 1: Fresh vegetables
Lot 2: Canned vegetables and fruits
Lot 3: Fruits
Lot 4: Duck meat
Lot 5: Sausages
Lot 6: Dairy
Lot 7: Basic foods;
Lot 8: Sauces, mmayonnaise, Ketchup
Lot 9: Eggs
Lot 10: Fish
Lot 11: Water, soft drinks
Lot 12: Bread and pastries
The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers/candidates is for 13 days. The extent to which requests for clarification or informationand additional requests were addressed within the term provided for in the participation notice, the contracting authority's response to these requests must be sent on the 10th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers.
Frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded:
I agreeThe framework will end with a maximum of 10 economic operators, with the resumption of the competition.
Subsequent contracts are to be awarded for each batch with the resumption of the competition. Subsequent contracts will be awarded semiannually.
The award of all subsequent contracts including the first contract undersequence will be achieved by resuming the competition.
The award will be made to the economic operator located in the first place, in ascending order of the ranking resulting from the evaluation of the offers received following the resumption of the competition, starting from the lowest offered value.
