A. According to art. 160 para. 1 of Law 98/2016, the deadline until which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the rightto request additional clarifications/information regarding the Assignment Documentation is:
- the first deadline is 26 days before the deadline for submitting offers;
- the second deadline is 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
B. According to art. 160 para. 2 of Legea 98/2016, the Contracting Authority establishes two deadlines in which it will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information:
- the first deadline is 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers;
- the second deadline is with12 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
Depending on the complexity of the clarification requests addressed by the economic operators, for which the answers should be published at the first deadline indicated above, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to publish the answer...
