PURCHASE OF IDURSULFASUM AND AGALSIDASUM BETA - IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TASKS BOOK
NUMBER OF DAYS UP TO WHICH CLARIFICATIONS CAN BE REQUESTED BEFORE THE DEADLINE FOR THE SUBMISSION OF OFFERS/APPLICATIONS: 13 DAYS
THE DEADLINE IN WHICH THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITY WILL RESPOND TO REQUESTS FOR CLARIFICATIONSCLEAR AND COMPLETE IT IS 10 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DEADLINE ESTABLISHED FOR THE SUBMISSION OF PARTICIPATION OFFERS.
SUBSEQUENT CONTRACTS WILL BE AWARDED MONTHLY, QUARTERLY OR SEMESTERLY DEPENDING ON THE AVAILABILITY OF BUDGET FUNDS AND THE NEEDS OF THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITY. MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM QUANTITIESE WHO CAN MAKE THE OBJECT OF THE FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT:
LOT 1 IDURSULFASUM 2MG/ML*3ML - minimum 2 CUT - maximum 125CUT.
LOT 2 AGALSIDASUM BETA (SOL PERF*1 FL-35 MG) - minimum 2 CUT - maximum 60 CUT.
Requests for clarifications will be sent ONLY through SICAP;
Answers to requests for clarificationswill be transmitted ONLY through the SICAP.
The contracting authority reserves the right to make changes to the framework agreement, as follows: The framework agreement and the subsequent Contracts may be modified by additional documents in the following situations: The maximum quantities that cant be supplemented up to a maximum of 10% of the quantities related to the framework agreement, for each individual lot, in accordance with the provisions of art. 221 lit. f) from Law 98/2016 on public procurement, with subsequent amendments and additions, in conjunction with those of art. 6 of Instruction 3/2017...
