Description:
The object of the contract is given by the need to purchase services for evaluating the impact of the campaign to promote the results of the 2014-2020 ROP, respectively, two opinion polls will be carried out, as follows:
-Survey 1: evaluation of the level of notoriety of the 2014-2020 ROP/ Regio, before dis to start the campaign to promote the results of the 2014-2020 ROP;
-Survey 2: evaluation of the level of notoriety of the 2014-2020 ROP/Region, after the campaign to promote the results of the 2014-2020 ROP, implicitly its impact.
The awarding procedure is will complete by concluding a contract ofprovide services, with a duration of 10 months from the date of its signing by the parties, but no later than November 30, 2023.
The deadline by which clarifications can be requested on the award documentation: 20 days before the deadline of submission of offers.
In accordance with the provisionsthe eras of art. 161 of law 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to requests for clarification/additional information regarding the award documentation on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers in the notice of participation.
