Description:
The internet gateway router will be the main equipment for connection with providers, respectively providing internet services to own customers.
According to art. 160 para. 1 of Law 98/2016, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the procurement proceduree publica has the right to request additional clarifications/information in relation to the Allocation Documentation on the 15th day before the deadline for submission of offers. In accordance with the obligation provided for in art. 160 paragraph 2 of Law 98/2016, amended and completed, the contracting authority willrespond clearly and concretely to all requests for clarifications on the 10th day before the deadline established for the submission of offers. Respondeds within the term mentioned in point B) and as a result any request for clarification within the mentioned terms will be considered late.
Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP.
