Purchase: laboratory equipment (Code CPV33191000-5 Sterilization, disinfection and sanitization devices Code CPV38000000-5-Laboratory, optical and precision equipment (except glasses)), according to the specification;
We specify that: Date response limit to clear requestsregistrations: on the 10th day before the deadline for submission of offers, in accordance with art. 161 of L98/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers - 20 days The procurement procedure is initiated under inc.the identity of a suspensive clause that provides for the possibility of canceling the contract award procedure, in accordance with the legal provisions - the Law on the approval of Government Ordinance no. 27/2017 for the amendment and completion of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 40/2015. Procedureof purchase is initiated under this suspensive clause, in the sense that the conclusion/signing of the supply contract is conditional on obtaining the necessary funds for the purchase of the equipment that is the subject of the purchase.
