Ensuring the necessary materials specific to the production of identity cards, for the good performance, at the national level, of the activity of keeping records of people.
D.G.E.P. acquire materials specific to the production of identity cards. The identity card proves itof the identity, the Romanian citizenship, the home address and, as the case may be, the address of residence of the holder, being released under the conditions established by law.
Economic operators will be able to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation until 18days before the deadline for submitting offers so that the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for submitting offers.
