Description :
The contracting authority wishes to purchase medical equipment necessary for carrying out the specific activity, broken down into 9 lots.arts, attached to the specifications and the award documentation.
The offered delivery time will not exceed the maximum delivery time of 90 days.
Suspension clause:
The procedure for awarding the public procurement contract is initiated under this suspensive clause, in the sense that the conclusionthe public procurement contract is conditional on the allocation of budget credits for this purpose, the signing of the contract being done in compliance with the provisions relating to the commitment of expenses from the budgets that fall under the legislation on public finances.
Bearing in mindare the provisions of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement and H.G. no. 395/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions, the contracting authority specifies that it will conclude the contract with the bidder declared the winner only to the extent that the funds necessary for the purchase will be secured bythe allocation of budget credits for this purpose. If, regardless of the reasons, the budget credits will not be allocated within a maximum of 12 months from the launch of the procedure, the contracting authority, after receiving the notification regarding the non-granting of funding, reserves the right to cancel the procedure...
