Description:
The contracting authority wants to purchase medical equipment, according to what is described in the specifications, divided into 41 lots. The purchase is made within the framework of the AVC-Added Value for Cooperation in Stroke Situation project, project code ROHU 387.
The AVC project proposes the development inthe public health infrastructure in Satu Mare county but also in the partner county in Hungary. The specific objectives of the project aim to develop, by equipping with specific equipment, the neurology departments of the two hospital entities. In the case of SJUSM, the establishment of aStroke Center for the follow-up and treatment of patients who have suffered cerebrovascular accidents, respectively communication and awareness activities of the population regarding these conditions.patient care for ten beds within the Department of Neurology of SJUSM. UAT Satu Mare county is responsible for the communication and awareness activities of the population. Thus, by purchasing medical equipment, the contracting authority wishes to meet the needsr identified within the hospital, the equipment to be purchased directly contributing to the support and improvement of the medical act.
