Description:
The contracting authority wants to purchase an unpolluted minibus. By using the proposed electric minibus, the Contracting Authority aims to obtain the following benefits: ensuring efficient, fast, modern and accessible public transport; decrease in the modal share of transport withpersonal car; reducing environmental pollution; improving the conditions for the socio-economic activities carried out within the community of Colelia and Grindu.
The source of financing is external funds (European funds) through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Component C10 Local Fund, I.1.1 Renewal of the fleet of vehicles intended for public transport (purchase of non-polluting vehicles) and I.1.3 Ensuring the infrastructure for green transport recharging points for electric vehicles, Call title: PNRR/2022/C10/I .1.1, PNRR/2022/C10/I.1.3, Round 1, Project code: C10-I1.1-75, according to financing contract no. 135255 / 28.11.2022, concluded between the Municipality of Colelia and the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Administration.
The equipment is an electric minibus with 22 1 seats, new and unused, produced in 2023, intended forthe transport of people. The minibus must correspond to vehicle class B, a class that does not allow standing seats for passengers....
