- The contracting authority wants to start a public procurement procedure, in order to conclude a supply contract for the purchase of an electric minibus through the project "Purchase of non-polluting minibuses for community purposes in the rural area of Camăr - Carastelec, Sălaj county", representinga necessity for the Carastelec commune.
Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation. To the extent that requests for clarification are requested within the term provided for in Chap. I.1) NAME, ADDRESS AND POINTE) CONTACT, section - Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers/candidates, respectively 18 days (before the deadline for submission of offers/candidates).
The contracting authority will respond in the manner clearly and completely I ask everyoneclarifications on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers", so that economic operators benefit from the 10 days provided by art. 161 of Law no. 98/2016
