- The contracting authority wants to start a public procurement procedure, in order to conclude a supply contract for the purchase of an electric minibus through the project "Purchase of non-polluting minibuses for community purposes in the rural area of Camăr - Carastelec, Sălaj county", representinga necessity for the Camăr commune.
Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation. To the extent that requests for clarification are requested within the term provided for in Chap. I.1) NAME, ADDRESS AND POINT(S) OFCONTACT, section - Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers/candidates, respectively 18 days (before the deadline for submitting offers/candidates).
The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely all requestsr of clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers", so that economic operators benefit from the 10 days provided by art. 161 of Law no. 98/2016
