- Purchase of photovoltaic modules, including design and execution
The objective of the project is the purchase, delivery, installation and commissioning of on-grid photovoltaic systems (Photovoltaic power plants) respectively of complementary electrical installations/equipment.
Cothe contract enters into force from the date of its signing by both parties.
The estimated duration for design, delivery and installation is a maximum of 4 months, to which is added a minimum of 24 months of the warranty period. The Products/Services that are the subject of the contract must be made and receivedprovided until December 22, 2023 at the latest.
The number of days until which economic operators can request clarifications regarding the award documentation, before the deadline for submitting offers: 18 days.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 29, paragraph (3) of GD no. 394/2016, the entitythe contracting party sets two deadlines in which it will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information as follows:
- 20 days before the deadline for submission of offers for requests for clarification received at least 27 days beforee of the deadline for submission of offers
- on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers for clarification requests received in the interval 26-18 days before the deadline for submission of offers
